Profile
| I took many Metal Arts Classes and realized I liked to work in 3 dimensional art. I was creating jewelry. I made and sold many pieces. After working with jewelry, I decided I wanted to go much larger. I studied Architecture for two years before working as a Drafting Technician for a General Contractor specializing in additions and kitchens and bath designs. In 2008 I was awarded an Interior Decorating Certificate from Ashworth University.
Currently I am enjoying the earthy textures of Clay and getting into Designing Earthenware vessels and Sculptural Pieces for their Beauty and Functionality. My quest is to create art from Clay and bring it to a fine art level by producing Sculptures. Whether it is a utilitarian structure or purely artistic, I am creating works of Art that will be cherished for many years to come. When it is uncovered by the future Generations it will inspire the finder and further the creative quest. Recently, I have also explored painting in Acrylic because I love the waterways and Bays in the Bay Area, I am inspired by the wildlife that inhabits the waterways of San Francisco and surrounding areas. I am pleased that you can are viewing these works as they come directly from my heart. |
