- From the Window: Sunset
- Description: Glass mosaic composed of hundreds of hand-cut pieces of glass in an array of colors and textures. The grout provides negative space and, in this instance, the main subject as well. Many of my depictions of trees are truncated – revealing only what one could view as from a window. I believe that in our modern world, many people are only able to enjoy the natural world from a distance – yet that distance is unable to diminish its vibrancy and beauty.
