Profile
| The characters that I depict in my artwork are, to me, living beings from my subconscious. Their faces are often quiet and meditative, as if dreaming up the colorful world that surrounds them. I like my work to give off a sense of curiousness, wonder, and mystery, as my creations are mysteries even to myself.
I often use surreal and fantastical imagery in my work. I like to play with the idea of alternative realities, and bringing things into this world that could not possibly come from anywhere else but my own mind. The images that constantly appear in my mind and persist until I bring them into the world are what drive me to continue to create art. |
