| Ellen Baer graduated from University of Maryland at College Park with a MFA degree in Painting in 2003.
After she finished her master’s program she remained in the Washington, DC area and works with multiple mediums including oils, watercolor, pastels, encaustic, fabric and photography. She is currently a community service instructor for Prince George’s Community College teaching drawing and mixed media to senior citizens. |
