| The Australian artist and trained colour therapist integrates an eye for design with colour psychology to produce works with powerful subconscious and sensual triggers. Notions of emotional liberation come forward in the colour use and symbolic use of forms in her workwith the primary aim being to remind the audience of the universal bond we carry as human beings - emotion, the senses, memory, and dream. LENI KAE has exhibited in New York USA, London UK, the International Florence Beinnale 2009 Italy, and across Australia. She was finalist in the London International Creative Comp, finalist in UK’s Aesthetica Magazine 50th Annual Works Competition 2008, and has donated artworks that have raised over $5000 to the charity Canteen. She will also this year participate in an artist residency and international workshop in Milan, Italy, May 23rd-30th. |
