| After working for several Los Angeles advertising agencies as an art director, Mr. Verrillo formed his own creative firm Kromka Verrillo & Associates, Inc. with partner Susan Kromka in 1984.
The company provides creative solutions for business, communications, promotions, advertising and image enhancement. Their clients include businesses and trade organizations in the jewelry, toy, financial and real estate industries. Mr. Verrillo has painted for clients in acrylic and oils on a commission basis since 1977. In 2006 he began to devote the greater portion his time to fine art painting. His non-objective paintings are heavily influenced by the abstract impressionist movement. He credits Sam Francis, Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Louis and others as primary influences. |
