| Born in 1955 on the Texas gulf coast, his early experiences, memories, and passions cultivated from an island lifestyle - fishing, sailing, surfing, and beachcombing. A self-taught artist, he now combines his memories and imagination to create a diverse body of visual art. Categorized as digital mixed media, his process employs the use of fractals, photography, and digital painting.
In addition to his popular island and marine art that he has classified as Island Imaginations, he produces other imaginations as well. Like a Gypsy of sorts, he allows a variety of ideas to inspire and influence his imagination that transports him to new and different places. From realism to abstract and everything else in-between, his imagination and artistic style seems to be without boundaries. His imagination appears to be the only limit. |
